Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for: • The preparation of high-quality foods for both production & catering • Ensuring all food is delivered with-in service standards and time frames. • Adhering to safety policies including OH&S, HACCP & Safe Food Handling procedures • Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace • Provide support to other kitchen staff. • Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed. Skills and experience • You must be qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef in a similar role. • Excellent cooking skills • An open communication style • Organisational skills to manage the orders during busy times. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to stay calm and overcome any food production problem.
